2. Responsibilities

2.1 Management
  • Senior Management: Senior management is responsible for setting safety goals, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Project Managers and Supervisors: Project managers and supervisors must enforce safety policies, conduct regular safety meetings, and address safety concerns promptly.
  • Safety Officer: Appoint a safety officer responsible for overseeing safety programs, conducting inspections, and providing safety training.
2.2 Employees and Subcontractors
  • Compliance: All employees and subcontractors must comply with safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Reporting: Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly to supervisors.
  • Training: Attend safety training sessions and refreshers as required.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Properly use and maintain PPE provided by the company.
